I am always getting an error such as "Opps! we're in the midst of migrating your account" when i try to sign in the unifi play tv app which came installed with the unifi plus box. How do i fix this?

make sure you install the correct app ya.
maybe ur account unifi tv already migrate to new apps. before this, you still in old unifi@play tv apps. call 100 need cs tm team bid ur mac address for new apps.
