please click clear data at unifi tv apps on ur ios. after that, shutdown ur ios. after that, sign in again with ur id and password unifi tv.
I have cleared data, uninstalled & reinstalled the app, and also restarted the iPad. Nothing works! The playtv app on iOS still refuses to play any content and shows error 214113.
Saya mengalami perkara yg sama, asyik appear connectivity error selepas key-in & pw (default pw yg diberi khidmat pelanggan). So bila nak ok Unifi?
Still cant login.. Still appear error either subscriber acct or password incorrect..
But i never change password..
2 days without TV..!!!
