#unifiAlerts unifi TV service interruption

please call or live chat if you forgot the password unifi tv. you need login with id and password for watching unifi tv channel.

please don't reset ur device, just key in id and password unifi tv.

need help, can login, can see epg, but cannot play all my ruby + pack( smartphone error shows (514443) & tablet shows (414443)). both logout and login back many times, still unable to play all ruby+ channels. all cached and storage cleared.

clear data on ur setting device than restart. after restart, login with id and password. please update ur unifi@play tv apps at play store.

All unifi tv channel back to normal at all device android and ios apple.

IOS devices totally cannot play any content.

one of my Iphone cannot even pass the loading page..keeep spining at the Unifi Logo.

Un-install and re-install the App also same

what ios you use, i am use iphone 11 pro and ios version 15.2. play unifi@play tv very smooth. no lagging or buffer.

please update unifi@play tv on ur apps store, than update ios to version 15.2

both my iphone 11 Pro Max and Iphone 13 Pro Max is already on the latest 15.2.

PlayTV@unifi app version 3.18.1 on both 11 Pro Max and 13 Pro Max.

on the 11 pro max, cant get pass the app opening screen, with msg "The service is Temporary Unavailable (3.32999)" and spining unifi logo. below pic.

while on the 13 Pro Max, can load the app in to the channel menu, but none of the channel can be view, it just show 3 dots spining, till message "Failed to Play this content. Please try again or select a different content. (314025). Below pic

try to uninstall than shutdown the iphone. after that, try install again unifi@play tv. make sure ur iphone never jailbreak.

How about stb? Error 32294. Id n Pword all ok but can't connect. Already restart several times. Help🙏🏾🙏🏾
