Hi guys,
At 9.50pm on 3 January 2022, there was a fire incident that has caused damage to one of our TM facilities.
The fire department (BOMBA) was immediately called to the scene. There is no casualty or loss of life in the fire incident.
This incident has caused unifi TV service interruptions affecting close to 300,000 of our unifi TV viewers. Other TM and unifi services are not affected.
TMpoint outlet in Cyberjaya are also affected and will be closed temporarily due to this incident.
Our #TMCareCrew has gotten clearance from BOMBA to re-enter the premise for restoration work at 4.00 am earlier.
Restoration work is currently in progress and is due to be completed by 3.00pm today.
We are sorry for the inconvenience that this incident might have caused and would like to thank you for your patience.

Thanks the info...👍
As checked just now (3.20pm), I still cannot access to unifi TV. Anyone of you experience the same?
still can't access hypptv
It was a tragedy to TM. With 300k customers affected I believe it is only fair for TM to give its customers the deserving rebate for the interruptions. Customer like only depending on IPTV for tv channels.
Same here as at 6pm
