Created business account but no account number record

Hi, I have created a business account for company which has existing account number but there is no record of the account number to view and download bills. How to add the account number?

Hi @Valarie.
You may need to add and sync the new account to your myunifi apps first. Try to check the steps at https://community.unifi.com.my/t5/unifi-Tips-Guides/myunifi-app-tips-and-guides/m-p/22367

Hi @Valarie . Do you mean that you register for the unifi portal account? If you do, did you register the portal using the company BRN? If you do but still not able to view your company's unifi account, better to contact the unifi support for further assistance. May contact them via 100, Live Chat or Social Media (Twitter: @helpmeunifi / FB: @weareunifi).
