Hi, I have created a business account for company which has existing account number but there is no record of the account number to view and download bills. How to add the account number?

Hi @Valarie . Do you mean that you register for the unifi portal account? If you do, did you register the portal using the company BRN? If you do but still not able to view your company's unifi account, better to contact the unifi support for further assistance.
