How to Login to unifi Plus Box Via QR Scanner?

Hello everyone!

Good news for all unifi plus box user. Now you can log in to your unifi plus box just by scanning QR code from your unifi playTV.

Soon you can also join contest and win attractive prizes just by scanning QR code as well. Interesting right!

How to login on unifi Plus Box via QR Scanner?
Easy! Just download the latest unifi playTV app and try follow these simple steps:

1. Launch unifi playTV app and log in using your unifi playTV username (xxxx@iptv) on your device

2. Go to ”Profile” and choose “QR scan”

3. Launch unifi TV app from unifi Plus Box 

4. Use the “QR Scan” feature in unifi playTV app to scan the QR code on your TV screen to authorise login 

All done, now you can enjoy watching!

P/S - Only unifi Home customer with unifi TV account is allowed to login via QR code.

I just received the plusbox and i registered but unfortunately login failed!

It keeps saying ID/Password incorrect!

Try using the qr code scanner via apps but appeared blank white page. 

At the first place, why i can’t login when i just registered?

saya new user dan baru dapat plus box tengahari tadi.

melalui sms ada diberi id, tapi tiada password, cuba untuk reset pasword melalu scan qr code. tapi maslah nye bile bukak je qr code tu dia keluor apps is stop
