Hi @Edwin18, Did you wrongly register an account at unifi portal?
You can delete the current myunifi portal account and register new. If you wish to use the same email address, you may delete the existing Digitalme portal account by following the below steps:
> Log in to your account at https://unifi.com.my/personal
> Click 'My Profile' at the top right of your portal
> Click 'Edit Digitalme'
> Click 'Continue'
> Click 'Settings'
> Click 'Delete Account'
After 48 hours after deletion Digitalme Profile, you can register again myunifi selfcare portal using the same email & correct ID number.
