Hi there. now i will show you how to check and follow up your report.
First thing first, you need to livechat if you are having any problem with your unifi. After that, you can check their progress via unifi portal.
1. Log in unifi.com.my, and click on "My Activity"
2. On this page you will find your all your report history, either its closed or still active.
Select which one you want to follow up and then click "View Ticket" for details.
3. You can find your restoration tracking here. You also can view and call the officer/staff who are assigned to your case/report if necessary.
4. Thats all guys. Hope that will helps.
Now you can also use myunifi app to check your report activity.
Just login myunifi > Account > Activity
