Hi, @Maeve80 . Supposedly, you may cancel your subscription from the Lionsgate Play from the app itself. Try to follow the below step after you login into the app:
1. Click on "More".
2. Click on "Account".
3. Click on "subscription Management"
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
You can also try to refer their support to request cancel subscription. Try to contact them via 100, Live Chat or Social Media (Twitter - https://twitter.com/helpmeunifi / FB - https://www.facebook.com/weareunifi).
