Hi. i keep getting this error message when issert my account number by using my own registered unifi account.

however when i use my friend account to add my account number have no issue at all

Hi, after upgraded unifi 100 to 300 I didn't get any new account number means still use the same account number. So at unifi app still 100mbps. The lady's in charged that day she said it automatically.  How should i do because still 100mbps
