And today i will share with you guys on how to read them. It is quite straightforward and the explanation will be on the right so please make sure you read it all ya.

My name is Lee Eng Choong and account number is 1050502192. The bill date is 10 Jun 2021. I noticed that I have been charged extra phone calls that I have not made as follows:

04/06/2021 14:20:04 6032383011  Maxis 00:01:46     0.40

Kindly check on why these have been charged into my account.

Hi, need an explanation for my first bill. I first install my unifi is on 1st June and already paid the upfront RM100. 
And on 14june I received my first bill which  very confusing and unfair. 

1. The current chgs is RM39.70 include tax (calculated from 01june-09june) is which already 1/4 of my subscription.

2. The total payable is RM 60.30 in wich calculated  as below:
RM100.00 (upfront payment) minus
RM39.70 (current chgs)
3. My subscription RM129. Only start at 10 jun-09jul.

So, the question is
 1.  I paid RM160.3 just for 10days?
2.What the purpose of the RM100 being collected upfront. Is it the service chgs? not included in my subscription RM129? Then what is the reason the need to deduct the current chgs from RM100 and not just pay RM39.70. so, it means I should paid more RM than I should.

3. If the first bill is 01june-09june, then what is the new calculation for 10june-9jul?
4. After I paid the RM 129 in advance. I have outstanding RM241.20. but in term said The 1st bill will include 2 month's Subscription Fee payable upfront (current & subsequent month).  Which one is true. Please note I'm using the the unifi apps.

for this explain : this 01jun - 09jun count as 1st month , because it adjust ur monthly circle start at 10 of each month , so it only calculate the usage of this 9days , will be part of 129 which is RM39.70

2. The total payable is RM 60.30 in wich calculated as below:
RM100.00 (upfront payment) minus
RM39.70 (current chgs)

this RM60.30 is minus in bil ? cause ur 1st month bil is 39.70 you already pay RM100 .

3. My subscription RM129. Only start at 10 jun-09jul.

this RM129 is ur 2nd month charge , the circle of month will begin at 10 of each month (my is 1st of each month) , there will have a remind on bill , pay before XX date , mean this bill is Pay and use , not after use then pay . mean you pay the bil to use the 10 jun-09jul unifi , not after 09jul then pay bill.

for those different bill amount you mention RM241.20 , i not sure about it , sometime maybe you pay bill after they issue bill pdf , there is a timing delay , you can login selfcare website or selfcare apps for latest detail.

Saya nak Tanya knp bill Telefon Saya AC 206324823 Mahal naik RM95.20 sedangkan selalu RM62.55.

Semakin Mahal tak berbaloi line ya lembab mcm siput.

I request 300 maps on 29 June  but regret its started only on 12 July but your bill is 29 th June and even today its speed is  89 maps for download 

Do where is 300 

I feel deceived by unifi

I have taken speed photos its bad 

About 80 -90 only so why charge me 186.55 for no service

Nk tny, bill streamyx ada extra cas, tp xde tolak pun kat bill bru unifi.. Nk buat mcm mana yer, dh nk smpai due..
