I was charged twice this month due to change plan??? Seriously?!
I just recently change my plan from streamyx to unifi.
Streamyx bill RM98 was sent to me on 15th Dec 2021 (for billing period 16th Dec-15 Jan). Status : paid on 16th Dec 2021
Change plan to unifi on 18th Dec 2021. As usual I was required to pay upfront RM100. Status : paid
On 21th Dec 2021, unifi bill was sent to me (for billing period 22nd Dec 2021 - 21st Jan 2022) and I was charged RM78 again ?! It was deducted from my upfront payment.
Is that make sense for a double payment??
I have downgraded my package at UNIFI TM branch, may I ask why is my latest bill still charge me the old RM242.75, please reply as soon as possible. Thank yoh
