How to read your new unifi bill

My unifi AC 1061-0122-31 was changed from 100 M to 30 M , Dec 22 to Jan 2022, why I am still charged Rm130 plus. Pls rectify

I have an extra payment for U600 account and an overdue for my new 1060 accout.

Can I contra both account and terminate the U600 account?
