I can't login to my unifi account to do the payment, tomorrow is due date

I had follow all the steps given to reset my password already, but still cannot login, still show me wrong password

if you know your account number , not need login unifi portal also can made payment , if you know the amount , just using other way to pay , like: e-wallet , online-banking jompay .
