If want reset unifi password (13 characters generated password) normally you need refer or call unifi TM100 customer service: https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us. They will send SMS reset password to your mobile. After you receive that SMS, you need configure PPPOE setting to key-in PPPOE username (unifi username) & PPPOE password (13 characters generated password) inside modem page 192.168.0.1.
But, if you refer to wifi password, no need to reset your unifi password. You just login router page 192.168.0.1 & go to wifi setting >> Wireless Security.
