As far as I know, there is a 30 days termination notice where you need to submit at any unifi Support FB/Twitter/Live Chat, https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us. No worries, they will help you and explain on the process.
You may request for a Termination via 100 or LiveChat and they will explain further to you
