Today i will share with you guys on how to edit/update your e-bill email address using chatbot.
Its easy, just follow these steps and you are golden.
But first, you may want to make sure that you already registered with unifi portal/myunifi app and you got the app downloaded on your phone.
Open your myunifi app. On the bottom right screen, tap on the orange icon and select "Chat with us".
On the menu, select Fibre Broadband and you can select "Billing Enquiries".
You will have to login, this is to confirm that you are the owner of the account.
Your account summary will be shown here. Tap on "Update Profile" and after that "Update Email Address".
Ok you can fill up your new email address now. After that you can tap on "Submit" and the confirmation box will appear afterwards. Tap "OK".
Congratulations, you have successfully change your email address for your e-bill. The bill however will only be sent in your next billing cycle ya.
