Hey guys.
For today's how to session, i will share with you guys on how to update your email address,
used for e-bills.
But before we start, you guys needs to be registered first. You can do that no problem,
- how to register new unifi portal with digital ID (existing customer)
- how to register new unifi portal with digital ID (new customer)
And if you somehow forgot your password, then you can follow this one below,
Cool? OK lets proceed!
STEP 1
Visit unifi.com.my and proceed to login.
STEP 2
Click on the "Menu" and select "Profile".
STEP 3
You will need to select which account (if you have more than 1) that you want to change the billing email.
Make sure you select "e-bill" tab ya.
STEP 4
You can see all your details below. Find your e-mail address, and click "Edit".
STEP 5
Fill up the new email, and "Save".
STEP 6
Confirm your email, and if its all OK then you can select "Confirm". Thats it.
