How to validate your unifi Mobile account

Hi there,

 

For those of you who are facing problems validating their unifi Mobile account using myunifi app, we are showing you can do it.

 

Firstly, you need to have your new 10-digits unifi Mobile account. You can get them via the new bill that has been sent to you from 8 October onwards.

 

Let's get started!

 

STEP 1 : Register/Login to myunifi app as usual (please use the correct IC). The validation page will be prompted automatically.

Or you can find it manually by tapping the Profile > Profile Validation

STEP 2: On this page, please make sure the IC number is correct.  Choose "Selection-Account Number"  and fill in your all-new 10-digits account number.

STEP 3: On this confirmation page, please check the IC and the account number, which is pretty important.

STEP 4: Yes, it's done.  Your account has been verified and validated. Now, you can go back to your homepage, and check your unifi Mobile account.

 

*If you still can't see your unifi Mobile account, please close your app and open it again.

You need to fill up the account number, this is for Mobile only.

macam mana nak edit lau ic no salah...sbb unifi fibre atas nama suami tapi bila login dia keluar ic iateri..nk edit tak boleh..mohon bantu

Kalau tersilap daftar menggunakan nombor IC bukan pemilik akaun, anda boleh daftar semula, menggunakan alamat email yang berlainan (yang belum pernah digunakan untuk pendaftaran sebelum ini)

Atau anda boleh layari pautan ini : https://profile.digitalme.my/ untuk "delete" terlebih dahulu pendaftaran sedia ada. Selepas 48 jam, boleh daftar semula menggunakan email yang sama, dan pastikan nombor IC pemilik akaun unifi telah dimasukkan.

You can refer to livechat or PM them via Facebook or DM twitter to get your mobile account number.
