Hi, @acmobile, Have you check the payment already deducted from your bank account? If yes, you may refer unifi contact center 100 select 2 for billing after choose language or social media platform at (FB :@weareunifi / twitter : @helpmeunifi) to check the payment update.

Hi @acmobile . Have you check if the payment deducted from your account. If the payment deducted successfully, you should receive the payment receipt via your email. If not, you are advise to refer with unifi support team at 100 and press 2 (Billing), Live Chat or Socuial Media Twitter: @helpmeunifi / FB: @weareunifi). Usually after the payment made, it will be updated within 30 minutes.
