Kenapa perlu login complaint? Why we need to lodge a complaint?

Selalu kita kalau ada masalah, jarang nak report. Tahan hati je sampai internet kembali normal. Perlu ke nak login complaint? 

 

Eh.. Perlu sebab :

 

1. Kalau dah complaint, TM akan selesaikan masalah sehingga selesai baru bole tutup report.

 

2. Report² semua tu boleh guna untuk lapor kpd SKMM pula supaya membuktikan yg kita kerap menghadapi masalah dan pihak SKMM akan mengarahkan TM utk selesaikan dan even kita bole request for refund or complimentary dr kegagalan servis diorang.. Nak share sikit, saya pernah dpt beberapa kali refund on my bill and the exciting things is TM bagi saya WiFi Mesh for free without pay any cents.. 1 lg paling penting, dgn puluhan report saya sebelum ini TM dah pasang infra Fiber ke kwsn saya and now enjoying 100mbps.. For time being, speed masih maintain >100mbps. Again, kalau speed drop still we need to report even speed drop only 99mbps.. Why??.. Becos we paying RM129 for 100mbps services... They take it or leave it.. Hehehehe.. Itu sahaja coretan saya utk hari ini.. Selamat berkomunikasi kawan² semua...

Yes bro..  Sy guna pengalaman sendiri..  Dulu kawasan saya tkde fiber.  Once complaint 2 bulan siap.  Now guna unifi dah
