It's easy and simple steps. At myunifi Apps, if I am not mistaken at "Change Plan". You need to click on the account number first then you can see the "Change Plan" option. Fill up then Submit. TM Sales Representative will contact you for confirmation. Just want to let you know, the contract will be renewed after you upgrade or downgrade the plan.
