There's a new feature called 'Track My Order' allowing customers to track their packages directly by themselves via the Self Care Portal (for Postpaid Customers) or via the mobile@unifi app (For Prepaid Customers).
With this, you can track your package by yourself rather than chatting up with the livechat team just to check on your delivery status.
** Do take note that packages that handled by LineClear, City-Link, Airpark, MXpress only can be tracked.

Next, you will see :
Click “view details”
After clicking view details, you will see a tracking number and a summary of the SIM parcel tracking information.
There are 2 methods to track the parcel:
Via the “Order tracking History” tab
Via the Courier Service Providers – Order Tracking page.
At the courier service provider’s page
To purchase a new SIM
To track an order
Click on the “START NOW” button.
Click on “My Order History”
You will need to provide:
Once the information is keyed in
At the “My Order History” page, on the bottom left section – you will see a “Shipping Details” tab.
The shipping information will be displayed.
Alternatively, the customer can copy delivery number stated on the bottom left of the “My Oder History” page and click the “TRACK” button to directly check the most updated parcel status via courier service providers official webpage.
