TM, I want UNIFI BILLING PORTAL to Show the latest 10 May Bill No 005045810487

TM, This is the 10 times i make the same complain for Unifi Billing Portal  
(Terrible Service from TM to solve error in UNIFI BILLING PORTAL)
UNIFI BILLING PORTAL IS STILL SHOWING OLD BILL for Month 10 April Bill No: 004951542127
I want UNIFI BILLING PORTAL to Show the latest 10 May Bill No 005045810487
 
After making the payment for 10 April Bill No: 004951542127 on date: 18 April 2022

The unifi billing portal attached the same bill No: 004951542127 and 
BILLING PORTAL ASK ME TO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT RM 73.15 FOR THE SAME BILL NO: 004951542127

WHY UNIFI BILLING PORTRAL ASK ME TO MAKE 2 PAYMENTS FOR THE SAME BILL NO: 004951542127

Hi @Media . Usually unifi bill will appear/generate on the unifi portal within 7 days from the bill date. Have you tried to check back the unifi portal today? By the way, if you already made payment for April, you can ignore the notification received. Better try contact back the TM support for assistance to check on the payment record.
