Our unifi connection had been disrupted for a week now due to recent thunderstorm, report had been made and we received feedback. But still we hv problems to connect our Internet. It seemed that our unifi fiber cable are damaged. We hope this matter will be solved soonest because we already paid for the service but can't enjoy it.
