Since you can only view your bills for the past six (6) months via online by logging in to unifi portal at unifi.com.my, I suggest that you may refer/request to them via Live Chat, call to 100 or reach to their social media channels > https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us 👍

You may download the past 6 months bill via unifi portal, https://unifi.com.my/personal or via myunifi app.

However to get more than past 6 months, I suggest you to directly contact to their CS > Live Chat https://unifi.com.my/support/contact-us / PM Facebook unifi / Twitter @helpmeunifi.
