You can have your unifi TV ID at your bill statement (can view from your myunifi Apps). For the password, can click on "Forgot Password" at playtv@unifi Apps.
You can also contact unifi Support via https://unifi.com.my/support/contact-us for assistance. They can check your unifi TV ID from the system and reset the password.
You can check your unifi TV username on PDF Bil and for the password,download the playTV@unifi and choose Forget Password to create a new unifi TV Login password
