Hey guys.
Applications on our phone can misbehave sometimes. So do our myunifi app. If that happened, do not panic.
We will share with you on how to self-troubleshoot your app, before you livechat. It is a simple step, anybody could just follow this for sure.

Lets start with android.

How to log out and log in
- Log out of the myunifi App
- Close the App
- Reopen and Login again
How to clear cache & data from Download Manager
- On your Android phone or tablet, open your "Settings".
- Tap "Apps & notifications".
- Tap "Download Manager". If you do not see it, tap "See all apps" or "App info".
- Open "Google Play Services".
- Tap "Storage" and then "Clear cache".
- Tap "Clear storage" and then OK.
- Open the Google Play Store, then try your download again.
How to uninstall & reinstall Play Store updates
- Make sure you are connected to a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open your "Settings".
- Tap "Apps & notifications".
- Tap "Google Play Store". If you do not see it, tap "See all apps" or "App info".
- At the top of the screen, tap "More (sometimes its a three vertical dots)" and then "Uninstall updates".
- If you are asked if you want to change the Play Store app back to the factory version, tap OK.
- Open the Google Play Store, then try your download again.
How to uninstall & reinstall myunifi App
- Long Press on the Myunifi App > Select Uninstall
- Go back to Play Store
- Search for Myunifi App
- Select Install.

How to clear App Data
- Tap "Settings" > "General" > "iPhone Storage".
- At the bottom of the screen, you will see your apps, arranged by the amount of storage they take up. Tap on "myunifi App" > "Clear Data"
- If the "Documents & Data" figure is more than 500MB, you should consider deleting and reinstalling the app to clear this space.
- If you decide to proceed, tap "Delete App", confirm, then head to the App Store, and re-download it.
How to free up memory by restarting your iPhone
- Hold down the power button (at the top or top-right of the device) until "slide to power off" appears.
- Swipe the power off slider.
- Wait until the device has fully powered down, then press and hold the power button to turn the iPhone on again.
- Doing this on a regular basis used to be vital on an iPhone, but is less so these days. Still, it can still be useful on older models. Long Press on the "myunifi App" > Select "Uninstall"
