You may check first your PDF Bil and find if there included with extra charges and something else

Cause the billing we get is too different. you guys need to explain to customer why this month have extra charges more than before? before this 4++, this month billing 1k something.. crazy d..

you got read throw the bill PDF , where the extra or special charge come from ??

sometime if your last payment pay after the suggest date , the amount will go for next month even already pay , cause the bill already generate before your payment .
