Bad connection

Even upgraded to 100mpbs yet one person using the wifi and still can't connect. Can you please make your action fast to solve all this question

Hai @Sam3868 . Have you tried restarting your equipment at home?

 

The first thing you may want to try is to restart your unifi equipment. This can be done by turning off the power socket connected to your equipment. Switch it off for 10 seconds, turn it back on again and wait for a few minutes.

 

If the issue persists, access EasyFix through your myunifi app dashboard or visit >> https://easyfix.unifi.com.my/ for a self troubleshooting guide.

Hi, @Adelaine. For any technical issue, you may troubleshoot and proceed with a report via EasyFix and make sure to get an SMS feedback on your technical report or else you can contact directly to unifi customer service.
