I have registered for unifi fibre internet for about 6 months now and i was told that there were no ports available in my area (Taman Seri Mambau, Seremban). I've patiently waited the past 6 months and a few days ago my neighbour from a few storeys down told me that she just called and unifi told her there is one port available, she got it installed today but there is still no update on my side, may I know why is that the case? any help is appreciated, thank you in advance!
