hi @Umeeta , are you checking for your unifii Air subscription? as far as I know if you are checking for your unifi home, TM did not courier their modem to their customer. Have you tried to contact their support via Live Chat, call to 100 or Social Media (Twitter @helpmeunifi / FB @weareunifi)? Tried to contact them and provide the reference number. I believe they can assist to check for you.
@Umeeta When exactly last week ya? From what I'm told, the delivery of unifi Air/mobile within Semenanjung will be within 7 working days and up to 14 days if deliver to Sabah/Sarawak.
If it already passed the time frame, you may try to contact unifi (https://unifi.com.my/support/contact-us) for further assistance.
If still within the time, just sit tight and wait
