I've called twice today (3/2/2022 at 9:45am-9:55am). The second agent attended my call was a nice girl and helpful as spoke politely hence showed the willingness of assisting me. However, the first agent name SHUKOR was the WORST. I've been using your service and interacting with few of your agents previously but this is unacceptable. The agent greet & talk with low tone (sounded of laziness), rude by not giving chance for customer to talk or even hear properly what customer wants to explain on the issue, then keep on repeating same answer even customer has not yet finish explaining.
