CUSTOMER SERVICE (LIVE CHAT)

i really disappointed with the quality of customer service live chat (unifi mobile especially). I believed others have same issue as me. Waiting for hours but NO RESPOND AT ALL. Baik tutup kedai je kalau mcm tu.  TM SHOULD REALLY TAKE ACTION SERIOUSLY ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERFORMANCE ESPECIALLY LIVE CHAT! REALLY DISSAPOINTED! at least unifi home live chat got Q stated. Customer pon boleh lari kalau service teruk.

 

Sorry admin. I really need to highlight this.

Yeah..same with me..waiting for hours to chat but no respond at all..always said customer service is busy..what a wasting time.. TM should take action to satisfy cust needs

Penipu sngt kan. Org perlukan bantuan dgn kadar segera tapi hampa. Tak improve2. Kita sebagai customer mesti kecewa dgn servis mcm tu.

Ya bila check memang traffic ke livechat unifi mobile agak tinggi dan congested. Boleh share sini masalah apa yg dihadapi?

Berkenaan dgn speed unifi air yg tidak konsisten. Mohon check apa yg berlaku sekitar kawasan rumah saya. Jika tidak berpuas hati, adakah saya hanya perlu pulangkan device ke tmpoint tanpa apa2 dokumen?

should feel bless that it was not me, the very technical person...

if not, u hv fr learne english fulfyfilled or dishonest by me bfr able fr complain...also, not tmnet crew, jst github;w3c;ue and others community tht "boring and decide fr checking other platforms"... lol

Jika dalam tempoh percubaan 30 hari tu (migrated customer from streamyx) boleh pulangkan semua dekat TMpoint je. tak ada caj.

 

Tapi kalau customer baru, tak ada trial period dah.

i kinda agree with you the live chat worse than unifi live chat 

at least unifi live chat within 15 min got customer service but this...

also, here, if u think writing python,ruby,and doc is boring... this would be boring also, promote.. jst merying.. no team, languages discontinue.. not promoting, dscntinue
