Can't connect to http://easyfix.unifi.com.my/ from Unifi fibre

I can connect access http://easyfix.unifi.com.my/ via my Maxis mobile.
However, I get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT when accessing http://easyfix.unifi.com.my/ via my Unifi fibre, that I'm posting this from.
Is this a known problem?

In Unifi Fibre connection that https://easyfix.unifi.com.my/ works, but http://easyfix.unifi.com.my/  doesn't. Looks like there is something wrong with that web server setup, I think.
