Cant do anything through the Unifi official website, cant access to my dashboard regardless personal or business, cant download my bills and cant access to anything, already been 2 **bleep** months, is this my problem? Or should Unifi upgrade their webpage? Kindly let me know ASAP!
Which browser do you use to log in? Where might be some issue related to your browser instead.
You also can use myUnifi app to access to your account for bill information and payments.

It is a known problem for business, but for personal account you can log in as usual.
