I would like to activate my ultimate pack exclusive access for TM staff but can't get OTP number due to wrong contact number in unifi ID data/info. Need assistance or guide how to change my contact number. Tq

For this kind of problem, you need to update your contact number first for your account. To do this, you can either livechat or you can walk in to any TMpoint near you.

I face the same thing also and there seems no way to resolve this matter Unifi is doing bad job at handling this ,I'm disappointed with their service
