Why I was charged for unifi biz cloud storage even though we are not using it and never log in? The staff who promoted this plan have mentioned that we won't be charged if we are not using it. Now have outstanding and two different bills. One for the internet and one for the cloud storage. What for we change our plan if the amount of bill still like previously?

Hi @moqconsultants as i know for unifi biz cloud storage comes bundle. You will receive a separate bill with a dedicated account number for the subscribed unifi Cloud Storage plan. Thank you for the reply. I was informed that this plan comes with the cloud storage but I said I do not want to use the cloud because I already have yearly subscription with Google. The officer said I do not have to pay if I do not use it or login into it. I never activate the cloud storage and never login into it but yet I have been receiving two months bills with outstanding payments. I have been trying to reach the TM customer service but they keeps on transferring my call to another person and end up on hold forever.
Actually your Cloud storage subscription is bundled with internet subscription for this SME Grant Rebate. With this SME Grant Rebate, you entitled rebate (discount) for 12 month only which you will get 30% rebate for internet & 50% rebate for solution (cloud storage).
Cloud storage contract is 12 month and internet unifi Biz contract is 24 month. So, after 12 month when SME Grant Rebate ended & cloud storage contract ended, you can terminate your cloud storage.
