FORGOT TO PAY THE BILL BEFORE 31/12/21

Hi, I forgot to pay my bill before 31/12/21 and just now I tried to click the bill to pay and it said that the process was unsuccessful. so, what shoul I do? is there any solution for me to pay the bill? kindly reply asap.

if you know your account number , can just go any e-wallet , or online banking , then pay into that account number . if don't know your bill amount  , can just pay more a bit , let say maybe monthly is around 9x.xx , just pay 100 , extra will going to next bill .
