Hi, I made a report on 22Feb due to no internet service, called TM and the technician came on monday and confirmed that the issue is fibre rosak but they cannot climb rooftop so they can't fix the issue there.
So I complaint on TMPoint pandan indah on 28Feb and they said they will settle my case, but all I received in SMS is My tech report num 1-28101647649 has been closed.
What to do now? Call outside contractor come? isn't that TM was the only pihak that will settle all these cable issue outside rumah?
