Hi @Fon . You can check your payment history by login into the unifi portal or myunifi app. You can check the payment details/ history under the "Account' tab. You can compare the payment history for the payment that you made with the monthly bill that you received. From there you can check if there is any months that you miss for the payment. Or else, you may contact their support if you need further explaination.
