Information Inconsistent

I faced a situation where info given from Customer service of 100, unifi fb and live chat are inconsistent with the staff who work in TM point. I wonder whose info should I believe in?

 

3 months ago, I plan to enquiry about transfer ownership due to I will move to other state soon, the photo below mentioned contract will renew. However, the latest answer from live chat is no renew contract of transfer. But based on your summary, i believe its about a contract, yes?

how long youve been with unifi?

1 year streamyx and then upgrape to unifi.. Current 1 year for Unifi

ok i can read your screenshot now.

 

If a normal transfer, the charges will be RM10 (i have done this last month myself).

Both of the parties need to be present for biometric scan. And the contract will be renew.

 

But for your case, i dont really sure what "stamp duty" are for.

 

You are subsribing to residential plan, right? or you are on business plan?

If you take a good look, it was not RM102.

 

Its RM10. We need to put space after that to understand the whole sentence.

 

so stamp duty RM10,

transfer fees RM10.

Now my concern is the transfer of ownership continue contract does not exist?

Why the unfi fb and live chat still giving customer a hope of this solution? Smiley Sad

@VoonChun , i think to get full picture regarding this, tmpoint is your best choice.

I went tmpoint twice, approached two different staffs. They just ignored the message i show them. I feel quite disappointed, because i cant transfer to my friend to continue the contract Smiley Sad

by right, you CAN transfer but you cant transfer it along with your remaining contract. It needs new contract as per new owner.
