Internet Very Slow

Hello Unifi Community, recently I have experienced a very slow internet download/speed and high ms too. I wonder whether my wifi got issues or my device's issues, but I'm very sure it's the internet causing the problem here. Even I used the WiFi alone it still runs at 31KB and my dad actually subscribed unifi lite 4.30MB/s/550~560KB/s pack. The internet speed itself is unusually unstable right now. first thing first, open a new report.


usually when i face the slowness i will restart my router and log a report if its still happening.
