I have created d report on 7/5/2022 but only on 11/5/22 technician came not solved the breakdown but even worsen the problem. My neighbour complaint that after the technician came suddenly there' s no connection at all at her house. Untill now TM just give the same **bleep** answer that they will escalate the complaint to technical but no action taken from TM. i have lodge a report to skmm as well since this some kind of persecution to a customer like me
Did you received any report number regarding this technical issue, and try to get the latest update from unifi support team? Hope your Internet will be back soon.
