Internet keeps disconnected daily for hours

Daily disconnected for hours with no lights on modem except tm logo. Been going like this for weeks.

No point waiting for weeks,if you dont reported the issues.

Manage to make a report yesterday after days of trying to get in touch via chat service. But no dates or service no. provided yet.
