After the staff upgraded my router (model SR1041Y) even though i get better maximum speed the problem of speed dropping drastically occurs very often, it will be more obvious if the hypp tv is turned on
thus when streaming video or playing online games it makes me lag or spike, is there any solution other than changing back the old router?
After discussing with the customer service they helped me by resetting the port on thier end, and after i reset my modem and router the issue has been solved
Hope this will be the last issue that i will encounter for the short while
I'm sick of this problem and not even going to try anymore, changed back to the old d-link router and my speed is back again, TM has friendly staff but the quality of service is dissapointing
Hi @TerryLeeZY . Have you tried test/monitor speed by using LAN cable. Usually speed is more accurate by using LAN cable. You can try to test the speed at http://speedtest.tm.com.my, using 1
