Late action after no internet from Monday till now

Hi ...here is the worst what i feel about Unifi team. I make a report about from Monday....now the technical team have arrive n fix the problem. Not more half an hour already settle.  Awaiting Time after make a report to let technical team to contact customer  is too long.  I hope Unifi dan improve on this.
