New unifi fibre for home

Hi am living in private apartment at 3rd floor in Johor Bahru. My neighbor having unifi fibre (his unit no 8; my unit no 7) already. But my unit does not have the one. So I've enquired with the TM Point nearby my home. They said that my unit dont have the port and asked me to request for that. My neighbor got already, why not to my home? Is that much far or any technical difficulties exist? This is really ridiculous.

I am eagerly looking for the solution here, friends.
