No Service

Hi, currently im facing network no service for unifi for more than 24 hours.
Report have been made with ID 1-28917099775
However the ticket still stated not available for data created.
It effect my fixed line as well. Kindly assist

They said action taken already, until now 3days still not fix. The report not yet updated. Really pissed off
